Shipments and returns

Shipping is free on our Slings. Some of the other items we sell ship for free, some do not. Items are usually shipped via USPS first class mail (they will likely ship UPS in the case of very large orders). Generally, orders received will ship the following business day with a few exceptions. Orders placed from outside the country or being sent to APO addresses are likely to take a little longer to ship out than orders being shipped to locations inside the US. We do not provide tracking numbers. Orders are usually received by the customer in less than a week with a few exceptions. We do not send out email notifications when an order is shipped.
